Communication Management

  • Survey Invitation: Send or schedule survey invitations via email. Incorporate attributes such as URL, login ID, passcodes, etc directly in your communication from the tool
  • Reminders & Acknowledgements: Send or schedule reminder messages to ensure higher response rates and acknowledgement messages to thank users for their submissions. The system automatically sends messages only to the appropriate users depending on whether they have responded to the survey
  • Message Logs: Conveniently track email messages and their status through the message log
  • Message Drafts: Store message drafts much like in an email client to promote reusability and as a reference
