ZLINQ Solutions provides software and services to design and host web-based feedback forms. We may provide consulting services to help clients design feedback forms, however, we do not review, edit, censor, or take responsibility for any information contained in the feedback forms. Thus, the administrator of a feedback form is solely responsible for the contents of the feedback form and the respondent is solely responsible for the content of the responses.

ZLINQ Solutions is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of users who use our software and hosting services. As such, we will use their personal information solely to establish and maintain the services they use on our systems. We use the email addresses and phone numbers to identify and communicate with such feedback form administrators.

ZLINQ Solutions may conduct feedback campaigns on behalf of our customers. We also require the feedback form administrators not upload, post, provide links to, or otherwise transmit any viruses or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files. In responding to feedback forms, users may be disclosing their own personally identifiable information to the feedback form administrators.
